| We strongly recommend appointments to ensure that a consultant can spend enough time with you but you are also welcome to come anytime and we will do our best to accommodate you. |

| what should i bring with me? |
Ideas. Anything that you have seen from magazines or on-line will help us narrow down the styles that you like. Be prepared though….what you end up loving may not be what you thought you wanted in the beginning.
Honest Opinions. Bring your mother, your sister, your best friend or the person that will help you to decide what is best for you. We will work with you until you know that you have found the perfect gown! To make your experience more enjoyable, try to limit the number of guests you bring.
Bridal undergarments (strapless bra or seamless panties) may help but are not necessary. |

| how long does it take to order a gown? |
| Once a dress is ordered it can take 4 to 6 months to arrive in our store. Gowns are ordered based on your measurements so gowns are not started until we place the order. If your wedding is closer than that, most designers will accommodate “rush orders”. Please note that rush orders will have additional charges. There may also be “in-stock” dresses that will accommodate your timelines. |

| can the dress be ordered with changes? |
| It all depends on the designer that you choose. We do our best to only work with designers that are considered top quality in their products and the service they provide. We always ask the design house to ensure that any changes requested, can be done. |

| what about colour? |
| Most dresses come in white or ivory. Again, it will depend on the designer and the dress that you choose. |

| what about alterations? |
We have an in-house seamstress that has extensive experience in alterations of gowns and fine materials. Alterations are an extra charge. For most dresses that will be custom ordered, minimal alterations are required.
PriceRange
Our prices range from $500 to $5000+ on our bridal gowns, and we have a diverse selection of gowns to suit your specific needs. A fifty percent deposit is required to place your order, the balance is due within 2 weeks of dress arrival at the store.
First Fitting
After your dress has arrived in the store, the first fitting usually takes place 6 to 8 weeks prior to your event date. Please bring shoes and undergarments you will be wearing on the day of your event to ensure proper fit.
Second Fitting
The second fitting is when the dress is truly yours, proportioned for you by the designer and perfected by our alteration staff. Then we will schedule your pick-up date, when you will take it home – perfectly altered and pressed. |

We have a variety of sample sizes to try. Our sizes range from Size 6 - Size 28. Most of our designers can accommodate petite and plus sizes. |
