After a chance meeting in a bar, Paul persuaded Isabelle to meet him for a date, almost two months later. On that first date, Isabelle knew he was the man she would marry.
The couple chose the Royalton Riveria Hotel in Cancun for their wedding. Since family were travelling from both Ireland and Montreal already, they decided to have everyone meet in a beautiful location for a week to celebrate!
Despite choosing Cancun, Isabelle didn't want to have a traditional beach theme wedding, and instead opted for a rustic chic vibe. She used Pinterest for inspiration, and took most of the small decor pieces with her. An on-site wedding coordinator helped pull their vision together, and made Isabelle's dream wedding come true.
Isabelle's advice for future brides on their wedding day:
"Go to sleep early the night prior, eat plenty as it's easy to get distracted, try not to stress about the little details and enjoy each moment as much as possible. After planning for 2 years for this special day, it went by so quickly!"
